Deconstructed PACS® strategy aligns with conference themes

(ASX: PME), has announced they are exhibiting the latest version of the Visage® 7 Enterprise Imaging Platform at the upcoming American College of Radiology 2015 (ACR 2015: Visage Imaging Booths 506-508) and Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine 2015 (SIIM 2015: Visage Imaging Booths 406-408) Annual Meeting. Both the ACR 2015 (May 17-21, Marriott Wardman Park, Washington, DC) and SIIM 2015 (May 28-30, Gaylord National, Washington, DC) are renowned industry meetings that bring together thousands of leaders in radiology and imaging informatics, respectively, to the Nation’s Capital. Each of these industry events have carefully designed their educational programs to best prepare attendees to both address the challenges, and take advantage of the opportunities, in medical imaging. Aptly titled, The Crossroads of Radiology, the inaugural national meeting of the ACR has placed an emphasis on the themes of leadership, strategic planning, optimization and value throughout their scientific program. SIIM 2015 has a central theme of enterprise imaging, with a keynote presentation titled, The Next Imaging Evolution: A World Without PACS (As We Know It), that alludes to the prevailing strategy of Deconstructed PACS. Additionally at SIIM 2015, Visage’s Bobby Roe, Director, Solutions Architecture and Customer Experience, has been selected to present in the Innovation Theater, “Digital Breast Tomosynthesis: Ready for PACS Prime Time”, May 30, 12-1PM.
